• Why did you change your rewards program?

Simply put, we outgrew the old one.  It was very manual for both the guest and our staff. This is a much more user-friendly program that is integrated with our point-of-sale system.

• How do I start earning Rewards?

There are a few ways to join.  You can join when placing an online order.  You can join via the link on our website.  Or your Server can help you join while dining in the restaurant. 

• I was a member of your original rewards program.  Will I have to sign up again? 

Yes, you will need to join the new program. 

• I was a member of your original rewards program.  Will I lose my punches?  

No!  You won't lose your punches, BUT they won't automatically transfer to the new program.  Please see a Manager to get your points updated.

• What items qualify as a “Free Appetizer?”  

Any menu item under Snacks ‘n Stuff on our Lunch/Dinner Menu and Brunch Menu, plus all Happy Hour Food.  

• I forgot to provide my Rewards number last time I was in.  Can I still get my points?

• Can I earn and redeem points when I order online? 

Yes, you can!

• Is there anything that doesn’t count toward my points?  

Gift Card purchases, taxes and tips do not count toward your rewards calculation.

• Can I check my rewards balance?  

You can!  You can check your rewards balance on our website (above), or on the Toast Local App 

•  It appears I have two different rewards accounts.  Can they be merged?

• Can I opt out of the Rewards Program?

Yes.  You always have the option to opt out by logging in to your Rewards account on the Toast Local App.
